Let’s take a trip into the world of exercise and how it can help you not just in your trading career but also boost your mental health.
Why Exercise?
First off, exercise is like that secret sauce that makes everything better. It helps reduce stress, improves your mood, and sharpens your focus. Picture this: you're at your trading desk, feeling like a hot mess after a series of losses. A quick jog or some push-ups can refresh that mind of yours, making you feel like a fresh plate of pounded yam. Plus, when you feel good physically, you tend to make better decisions. The Routine: Get Moving!
Physical Exercises
Jumping Jacks (5 minutes)
